Patients w/ severe infection. Patients w/ liver or kidney problems; underweight or malnourished; patients who regularly drink alcohol. Overdosage can cause serious harm to liver. Do not use w/ any other prescription or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol. Not recommended if taking lithium. Contains caffeine; avoid excessive caffeine-containing drinks. Contains Na methyl-, Na ethyl-, & Na propyl-parahydroxybenzoates which may cause allergic reactions. Pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended in childn <12 yr.
